Why NoTip

The problem

Delivery is priced like a tip jar.

A delivery app has to pay a driver for every single order — and that cost is what the customer is really covering when they see a marked‑up menu, a service fee, and a tip prompt at checkout.

The model

Take the driver out of the trip.

NoTip is robot delivery: Noah makes the run from the shop to the door. With no driver cost to pad into the order, customers pay menu price, one flat $6 for delivery, and never a tip.

$44.46 vs $30.29 — the same Crumbl 6‑Pack through a delivery app and through NoTip. See the whole receipt →

The launch market

Live in Mason, Ohio.

Noah is beta testing in Mason, in the Cincinnati area, right now. Ordering is open today through the NoTip app on iOS and Android and on the web — one account for the app and the web.

The flywheel

Demand maps itself.

NoTip Loyalty members earn Miles for ordering, referring friends, nominating their town, and voting for the restaurants they miss on the Menu Board. Banked Miles will unlock special promotions and offers, and every nomination and vote tells us where Noah should roll next. Towns with loud fans move up the list.
